Lane & Jennifer Hastie - Lead Pastors
Pastor Lane is married to his wife of 25+ years, Jennifer. Jennifer teaches 8th Grade Science at O.P. Normal Junior High School in Kaufman. She also coaches basketball and cross country. Their lives declare the faithful goodness of God! God has given them a heart for the hurting and a unwavering desire to bring people into the presence of Almighty God. Together they have raised three children: Parker who is married to his wife Emma; Taylor who is a student at Evangel University in Springfield, MO; and Bailey who is also a student at Evangel University.

Matthew & Mercedes Waggoner - Youth Pastors
Matthew & Mercedes met at Evangel University in Springfield, MO. They have an amazing heart for students and desire to lead students to Christ and into God's purpose for their lives. Both come from wonderful ministry families and together they are privileged to serve the Lord and His people.

Kristi Roberts - Administrative Assistant / Finance
Kristi was born and raised in nearby Seagoville. God has been faithful to her. She is an amazing mother and cherishes her role as "Nana-K" to her grandchildren. Along with the countless things she does to help keep things running smoothly at Kaufman Assembly, she manages to successfully tackle the countless activities that come along with having a very active teenage son, Lance, still at home. Kristi is a blessing to everyone she encounters.

Julie McDougal - Director of Kids Ministry
Julie has an incredible passion for bringing the Bible to life to children. Each week, she and her team provide creative, effective, fun, and memorable teaching and activities for children of all ages. Julie is married to her husband, Brian who is her biggest fan. Together they have two amazing children, Cori and Bryce.

Natalie Wilson - Sparkle Women's Ministry
Natalie has a God-given talent and gifting as well as an anointing for leading women. She consistently creates and plans meaningful gatherings and events for ladies enabling Kaufman Assembly to have one of the finest women's ministries in all of North Texas. Natalie is married to her husband, Donny. Their greatest success in ministry is their family.
